Programs offered at Superkids Karate
SuperTots
Non-Traditional Slocki-Ryu teaches students basic karate techniques along with Kata and Kumite (sparring). These techniques are combined with teaching "life skills" such as etiquette, self defence, and respect. This is to help students become "... the best person I can be..." in the community, at school and at home. This programs include BULLY BUSTER - how to defeat a bully using peaceful conflict resolution techniques.

Corporate and public seminars on self defence including the trademarked StreetSmart program including BULLY Busters for school aged children.
This is part of the core SUPERKIDS Karate system.for all ages. Students will learn the benefits of being STREETSMART and aware. Students also experience how to escape from an attacker. No matter your size, the techniques taught will work if done properly for they focus on both your strengths and the attacker's weaknesses.
